基于CiteSpace的挂线疗法治疗复杂性肛瘘研究文献可视化分析
Visualization Analysis on Research Literature about Thread-drawing Therapy for Complex Anal Fistula Based on CiteSpace
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the research literature about thread-drawing therapy for complex anal fistula;To explore its developmental status,research hotspots and frontier directions;To provide clinical references.Methods The research literature about thread-drawing therapy for complex anal fistula was retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data,VIP and CBM from January 1,2003 to December 31,2024.Statistical analysis was conducted on the distribution of the time of publication,and visualization analysis was performed on the authors,institutions and keywords.Results A total of 1 287 articles were included,and the overall number of publications showed an upward trend,with the highest number of publications in 2017.There were 24 authors with≥3 publications.Longhua Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shuguang Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine were the main research institutions,with sparse collaboration among institutions.Research hotspots were mainly focused on"quality of life""wound healing""anal function"and"pain",with attention mainly concentrated on reducing postoperative complications,improving clinical efficacy and enhancing the quality of life of patients.Conclusion Collaboration among teams and institutions needs strengthening.Research hotspots mainly focus on reducing postoperative complications,improving patients'quality of life,protecting anal function and other long-term curative effects.Future research trends will focus on optimizing thread-drawing techniques,establishing standardized protocols,and combining with other surgical approaches to improve long-term outcomes.关键词
