摘要
Abstract
The research on the modernization of TCM is an important direction for the inheritance and innovation of TCM.From the perspectives of philosophy of science, systems science, knowledge engineering, and medical AI governance, this article systematically examined the cognitive biases, needs for diagnostic objectification,AI adaptation boundaries, and methodological relationships between Chinese and Western medicine in the process of TCM modernization.Based on this holistic review,it proposed an integrated pathway of TCM modernization encompassing cognitive popularization, talent cultivation, diagnostic extension, technological support, strategic positioning, and methodological alignment.Specifically,it introduced a"two early, one late"talent cultivation and popularization system(early cognition, early intervention, and late specialization),a"five-diagnosis comprehensive referral"diagnostic framework(four traditional diagnostic methods plus machine diagnosis),and an asymmetric integration principle of"tool fusion, logical consistency, and bounded intervention".Furthermore, taking the common cold as a case study,it employed the isomorphism principle of systems science and the cybernetics framework to comparatively analyze the medical logic of traditional Chinese and Western medicine, revealing the"isomorphism-heterogeneity"methodological nature of the two systems. The proposed pathways and methods could provide insights for achieving the coordinated enhancement of observability, explainability, verifiability, and communicability in TCM diagnosis and treatment while maintaining TCM subjectivity, and offer theoretical references for the modernization of TCM,TCM-oriented AI research and coordinated development of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.关键词
