基于"久病入络"理论探讨类风湿关节炎滑膜炎症病机及辨治
Discussion on Pathogenesis and Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis Synovitis Based on the Theory of"Chronic Disease Invading the Collaterals"
摘要
Abstract
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA),as a chronic autoimmune disease,has a core pathological feature of persistent synovitis,which eventually leads to bone destruction.Based on the persistent and difficult-to-cure pathological process of RA,and in combination with the related mechanisms such as synovitis,pannus formation and bone destruction in modern research,this article explained the evolution of the pathogenesis of"chronic disease invading the collaterals"from the perspective of TCM theory.The development of synovial lesions in RA can be specifically summarized into three stages:the initial invasion of meridians,the deep penetration of collaterals,and the deficiency and lack of nourishment of collaterals.By analyzing this chain of pathogenesis evolution,the core treatment of"warming and unblocking,attacking and unblocking,and tonifying and unblocking"was proposed,aiming to further deepen the understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of RA.On this basis,a treatment idea combining macroscopic state regulation and microscopic target targeting was put forward,with"unblocking the collaterals"throughout the process,making the treatment more targeted.关键词
