盘龙七片研究现状及前沿趋势可视化分析
Visual analysis of research status and frontier trend of Panlongqi Tablets

Abstract
Through bibliometrics and CiteSpace visualization software,this study explored the hot spots and directions of research on the Chinese medicine compound Panlongqi Tablets,providing directions for related research.The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,SinoMed,and Web of Science were searched.CiteSpace 6.3 R1 software was used for visual analysis of the relevant literature on Panlongqi Tablets from the establishment of these databases to January 8,2025.Finally,160 pieces of literature on Panlongqi Tablets were included,mainly clinical papers.Panlongqi Tablets were recommended by nine guidelines and had six invention patents.There are multiple publishing teams and institutions,with the team of ZHANG De-zhu and LIN Na having the largest number of publications(five papers each).Shaanxi Panlong Pharmaceutical Group Limited by Share LTD.and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences are the main publishing institutions,and there is less cooperation between different authors and institutions.In terms of keyword analysis,the main keywords are"controlled study""fracture""rheumatoid arthritis""osteoarthritis""Meta-analysis""network pharmacology",and so on.A total of 19 clusters were obtained,which were grouped into four cluster themes:clinical research,pharmacological experiments,chemical components,and safe drug use.The current focus is mainly on the evaluation of clinical efficacy and pharmacological effects of osteoarthritis,fracture,and other orthopedic diseases,the determination of effective components of Panlongqi Tablets,and drug safety.Future research can combine multidisciplinary technology and artificial intelligence to fully explore the clinical characteristics and advantages of the"Qi yao"represented by Panlongqi Tablets,expand the indications,and complete a clearer definition of safety.关键词
