摘要
Abstract
Osteoporotic fractures are characterized by a high incidence,high mortality and severe clinical con-sequences.The primary challenges in their clinical management include impaired bone quality,delayed fracture healing,an increased risk of refracture and a higher likelihood of implant loosening.Anabolic agents can enhance bone mineral density,improve bone quality,promote fracture healing,reduce the risk of refracture and prevent implant loosening.For patients with osteoporotic fractures,especially accompanied by severe bone loss,markedly reduced bone strength,low bone turnover status or an extremely high risk of refracture,early initiation of osteogenic therapy concurrent with fracture management,known as the"anabolic-first"strategy,is suggested.Its core is to promptly relieve patients from imminent fracture risks through early osteogenic intervention and sustain long-term clinical benefits via subsequent sequential anti-re-sorptive treatment.关键词
