摘要
Abstract
In the second half of 2019,an unexpected COVID-19 pandemic broke out sequentially on a global scale. It is the most severe global public health emergency since World War Ⅱ,and also a more serious public health emergency faced by China following the SARS epidemic in 2003.As the novel coronavirus is a high-risk,highly virulent Class A infectious virus, featuring ultra-strong infectivity, high concealment,an extremely long incubation period, diverse transmission routes, and a high recurrence rate,negative-pressure wards must be used for isolating and treating infected patients. These wards need to continuously maintain a certain negative pressure relative to the surrounding environment to prevent the contaminated air inside the wards from leaking out and spreading the virus. Therefore, how to ensure the continuous and relatively stable negative pressure in the wards, how to guarantee the reliability of the negative-pressure ventilation system, and how to effectively protect medical staff have posed significant challenges to the design of the ventilation and air-conditioning air system for the wards.Particularly for infectious disease inpatient buildings with a large scale, multiple floors, and a large number of negative-pressure wards, the design of their ventilation and air-conditioning systems needs to overcome more difficulties compared with conventional medical projects.Taking the design of the ventilation and air-conditioning air system for negative-pressure wards in the emergency infectious disease building of a regional infectious disease hospital in Guangzhou as a case study, this paper adopts relatively refined optimized design methods, which have well solved some design difficulties..关键词
