Abstract
Analyze the structural characteristics,operating principles,and application effectiveness of direct evaporative cooling equipment,indirect evaporative cooling equipment,evaporative condensation equipment,and evaporative cooling fillers currently used in data centers.Introduce the coupling of evaporative cooling(condensation)technology with dehumidification technology,breaking the technical barrier that"evaporative cooling is difficult to apply in high-humidity regions."It briefly outlines the current application status of evaporative cooling(condensation)technology in data centers,highlighting how this technology achieves efficient and reliable cooling under varying climatic conditions and load densities.This is accomplished through air-side coupling(active dehumidification+indirect evaporative cooling)and working-fluid-side coupling(evaporative condensation+heat pipe or fluoropump circuits),forming a multi-tiered cooling architecture integrated with liquid cooling systems.关键词
