数字赋能与协同创新:杞县大蒜产业数字化转型的SWOT-PEST分析与策略研究

Abstract
With the application of digital technologies such as 5G,the Internet,big data,artificial intelligence,and blockchain in various industries,people have truly experienced the new changes brought by the digital age.As the fundamental industry for national economic construction and development-agriculture,it should firmly seize this transformation to achieve"catching up and overtaking".This paper constructs an analytical framework for the digital transformation of Qixian Garlic Industry from four levels:macro policies,mid-level industries,micro enterprises,and consumer demands.It uses the SWOT-PEST matrix model to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of Qixian Garlic Industry in the political,economic,social,and technological environments,and proposes development countermeasures based on the integrated collaborative innovation of"environment,network,subject,and element".关键词
