Research Progress on Small-Scale Regional Traceability of Geographical Indication Tea
摘要
Abstract
Geographical indications(GIs)are important intangible assets that highlight the unique quality and reputa-tion of tea,carrying profound cultural and historical connotations.Brand awareness varies significantly among tea brands from different tea regions,and the issue of counterfeiting tea origin due to brand premium is increasingly prominent.Therefore,establishing origin traceability technology for GI tea products is of great significance for maintaining market order and protecting consumer rights.This paper reviewed the research progress on precise traceability of GI tea in different regional scopes in China in recent years.It focused on discussing the identification ability,application examples,and limitations of technologies such as elemental fingerprint spectra,chemical finger-print spectra,and near-infrared spectroscopy at a small scales for GI tea.By comprehensively sorting out and com-paring existing literature data,this paper aimed to clarify the application of different traceability technologies at small scales which provided a theoretical basis for small-scale origin traceability of GI tea,and thus offered new ideas and solutions for tea origin traceability research.关键词
