专业人员入户指导对恩施茶产业富民效应的影响研究
Study on the Impact of In-Home Technical Guidance by Professionals on the Wealth-Enriching Effect of Enshi Tea Industry

Abstract
Using field survey data from 27 cooperatives across eight counties(cities)of Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province,this paper adopted the Propensity Score Matching(PSM)method to analyze the impacts of on-site household guidance provided by professionals on tea growers'tea industry operations.The results indicate that farmers receiving on-site professional guidance witness a prominent income-increasing effect in the tea sector.Under nearest-neighbor matching,the average total household income of farmers who obtained professional on-site guidance was 68,100 RMB higher than that of farmers without such guidance,and such guidance exerts positive effects on total household income,agricultural income.On the basis of the above conclusions,the four countermeasures and suggestions for industrial revitalization were proposed by this study.关键词
