摘要
Abstract
The Xiliao River basin is an important ecological security barrier and farming-pastoral ecotone in northern China, and it is also a key area where the grain production patterns of Northeast China intersect with the ecological management of the Horqin Sandy Land.Affected by factors such as climate warming, agricultural development expansion, groundwater overexploitation, and insufficient river ecological water, the basin has long faced problems such as main stream flow cutoff, lake and wetland shrinkage, groundwater level decline, grassland desertification, and dune activation.Since 2020,the Xiliao River basin has continued to implement unified water resources scheduling and ecological water replenishment. The main stream of the Xiliao River, whose flow has been cutoff for 27 years, achieved full-line flow in 2025,and river recovery has achieved phased results. However, normalized ecological restoration is still restricted by water resources overloading.Based on historical runoff, meteorological, land use,and water resources development and utilization data, this paper analyzes the runoff attenuation process, stage mutations, and spatial differences in the basin, and diagnoses the comprehensive impact of climate change and human activities on runoff attenuation.Facing the goal of ecological and environmental recovery in the basin, this paper puts forward countermeasures, such as improving the water resources allocation pattern of the basin, promoting the comprehensive management of agricultural water saving and groundwater overexploitation, strengthening the ecological main channel regulation and wetland node restoration, and improving the long-term mechanism of ecological water replenishment and the digital twin supervision system,to provide support for the sustainable utilization of water resources and green coordinated development in the Xiliao River basin.关键词
