县域职业教育赋能以县城为重要载体的新型城镇化研究
A Study on County-Level Vocational Education Empowering New Urbanization with County Towns as Important Carriers
摘要
Abstract
County-level vocational education has realistic potential to empower new urbanization with county towns as important carriers.Its core logic lies in enhancing the industrial carrying capacity,population carrying capacity,and ecological carrying capacity of county towns through serving industrial development,promoting the citizenization of agricultural migrant populations,and supporting green transformation,thereby improving the comprehensive carrying capacity of county towns.However,in the actual educational process,its empowerment still faces practical dilemmas such as mismatched professional supply,shifted educational functions,and lagging green talent cultivation.To overcome these obstacles,it is necessary to be guided by the high-quality development philosophy,advance vocational education reform around quality transformation,efficiency transformation,and driving force transformation,and continuously enhance the comprehensive carrying capacity of county towns by optimizing the professional development system,expanding the service boundaries of vocational education,and reconstructing the green technical and skilled talent cultivation mechanism,so as to better empower the construction of new urbanization with county towns as important carriers.关键词
