The Practical Framework and Support System for Multi-Course Infusion of Labor Education in Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Multi-course infusion of labor education is an inevitable trend in the development of labor education in vocational colleges.It embodies the educational philosophy of the integration of five educations,points to the transformation and integration of the five educations in curriculum teaching,relies on multi-course collaborative education methods,and leads to the overall improvement of students'labor literacy.Multi-course infusion of labor education is an organic integration that combines course characteristics,requiring the construction of a practical framework for multi-course infusion of labor education based on objectives,content,and methods,including clarifying infusion objectives,sorting out labor element lists,and timely embedding into teaching.To improve the quality of multi-course infusion of labor education,it is not only necessary to shape the mindset of curriculum collaborative education and enhance teachers'infusion teaching competence,but also to establish a literacy-oriented labor education evaluation mechanism and build a school cultural ecosystem of multi-course infusion.关键词
