高职院校教育评价改革的理论逻辑与实践探究
The Theoretical Logic and Practical Exploration of Educational Evaluation Reform in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract
Educational evaluation reform is a key lever driving the high-quality development of vocational education.Since the promulgation of the"Overall Plan for Deepening Educational Evaluation Reform in the New Era",how higher vocational colleges can reconstruct their evaluation systems within the framework of type-specific characteristics has become an important topic in vocational education research.Based on Marxist theory of comprehensive human development,educational typology theory,and closed-loop management theory,this study adopts a three-dimensional analytical framework of"value orientation-practical dilemmas-implementation pathways"for educational evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges.The study argues that educational evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges faces four contradictions:systemic deficiencies,dimensional constraints,stakeholder gaps,and methodological limitations.Accordingly,this study proposes implementation pathways of systematic reconstruction,categorized empowerment,multi-stakeholder collaboration,and digital-intelligence-driven development,and uses Hunan Technical College of Railway High-Speed as an empirical case to provide theoretical references and practical paradigms for deepening educational evaluation reform in higher vocational colleges.关键词
