High-Quality Development of Higher Vocational Education:Connotation Clarification and Evaluation Design
摘要
Abstract
The high-quality development of higher vocational education is the organic unity of internal self-organization optimization and external adaptive development of the system,the dialectical coordination of the generation of a reasonable structure and the exercise of proper functions in the higher vocational education system,and the high-degree coupling of benign interaction between regional higher vocational education development and regional economic and social development,which inherently contains the theoretical logic of the high-quality development of higher vocational education.On the basis of clarifying the underlying logic of the high-quality development of higher vocational education,this study takes"internal-external""structure-function"and"education-economy"as element dimensions to analyze the evaluation elements of the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and condenses the core development concepts of"collaborative development""adaptive development"and"mutually-promoting development"for the high-quality development of higher vocational education,thereby constructing a scientific and reasonable evaluation indicator system for the high-quality development of higher vocational education,providing an empirical measurement scale for the high-quality development of higher vocational education.关键词
