Expression of HER2,LDOC1 and COX2 proteins in cervical cancer tissues and their relationship with prognosis of patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2),tumor suppressor gene leucine zipper down-regulated protein 1(LDOC1),and cyclooxygenase 2(COX2)proteins in cervical cancer tissues,and to analyze their relationship with patient prognosis.Methods Retrospectively selected 100 patients with stage Ⅰb to Ⅱa cervical cancer treated at Yiwu Central Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023.All patients underwent laparoscopic radical hysterectomy with lymphadenectomy and completed a 2-year follow-up.The patients were divided into the death group(32 cases)and the survival group(68 cases)in the long term.The clinical characteristics of the two groups of patients were compared,and multivariate logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of the prognosis of cervical cancer patients.Results The proportion of patients with high differentiation degree,the positive rate of HER2 protein expression,and the positive rate of COX2 protein expression in the death group were all higher than those in the survival group(all P＜0.05),while the positive rate of LDOC1 protein expression was lower than that in the survival group(P＜0.05).Positive expression of HER2 and COX2 proteins are both independent risk factors for poor prognosis in cervical cancer patients(P＜0.05),while LDOC1 is a protective factor(P＜0.05).Conclusion The expressions of HER2 and COX2 proteins in cervical cancer tissues were upregulated,and the positive expression of these proteins was a risk factor for poor prognosis of the patients;the expression of LDOC1 protein was downregulated,and the positive expression of this protein was a protective factor.关键词
