Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]The construction of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics is an important component of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.Its development involves the coordination and balance of multiple elements.Sorting out the key rela-tionships involved in the construction of think tanks can deepen theoretical research on think tanks and promote their systematic and scientific development.[Method/Process]Adopting a speculative analysis method,this pa-per constructs an analytical framework of ontology,structure,paradigm,and axiology from a theoretical level,and further summarizes and explains ten pairs of relationships in the construction and development of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics.[Result/Conclusion]The construction of new-type think tanks with Chinese characteristics is not a linear progression driven by a single element,but that a process of dynamic ad-justment among multiple relationships.Different relationships have both contradictions and complementarities,which need to be reasonably grasped and proritzed for key breakthroughs in specific practice combined with the actual situation of the think tanks themselves.关键词
