Abstract
Taking the digital transformation and upgrade demonstration project of ordinary national highways in Guangdong Province as a case study, this paper investigates the deployment schemes and operational performance of four core technologies, namely intelligent perception and real-time early warning,three-dimensional inspection and active traffic control, layered and decoupled transportation digital infrastructure, and digitally reconstructed user service interfaces. The project adopts an'end-edge-cloud'architecture,deploying 430 sets of high-definition cameras,an unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)stereoscopic network, and a unified digital backbone, enabling round-the-clock monitoring of 401 km of national highway infrastructure. Results show that the accuracy of traffic incident recognition increases from 65%to over 95%,incident response time is shortened from 5~15 minutes to within 10 seconds, rescue response time is reduced to approximately 3 minutes, and the coverage rate of inspection blind zones is elevated from 60%to over 95%.The system also supports over 3 million payment transactions per day on average. The data-driven technological framework effectively enhances proactive risk prevention capabilities for highway safety, facility management efficiency, and public travel service levels, providing a reference for similar digital transformation of transportation infrastructure.关键词
