祛毒洗剂制备工艺及质量标准研究
The preparation process and quality standard of Qudu lotion

Abstract
The objective was to establish the preparation process and quality control standards for Qudu lotion.The water absorption rate of the decoction pieces was investigated to determine the optimal soaking time.Based on single-factor experiments,the extraction process was optimized using the entropy weight method combined with Box-Behnken response surface methodology,with the amount of water,extraction time,and number of extraction cycles as independent variables,and the contents of matrine,gallic acid,paeoniflorin,berberine hydrochloride,and the yield of dry extract as evaluation indices.The formulation process was established by screening preservatives and determining the appropriate pH range.Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used for the qualitative identification of Saposhnikoviae Radix and Astragali Radix in the prescription.The results showed that the optimal soaking time was 40 minutes.The optimal extraction process for Qudu lotion was extraction with 13 times the amount of water,three extraction cycles,each for 50 minutes.The formulation process was as follows:the combined filtrate was passed through a 100-mesh sieve,concentrated under normal temperature and pressure to an appropriate volume,mixed thoroughly with Mirabilite(sodium sulfate decahydrate),and then sodium benzoate was added to a final concentration of 0.2%of the liquid.The pH was controlled between 4.00 and 5.55.In the TLC for Saposhnikoviae Radix,the test sample showed spots of the same color at the positions corresponding to the reference crude drug and reference standard,with no interference from the negative control.In the TLC for Astragali Radix,the test sample exhibited spots of the same color(under daylight)or orange-yellow fluorescent spots(under UV light)at the positions corresponding to the reference crude drug and reference standard,and the negative control showed no interference.The preparation process for Qudu lotion established in this study is stable,feasible and reproducible.The established qualitative methods are reliable,convenient and highly specific,and can be used for the quality control of Qudu lotion.关键词
