尼阿洛水提液抗炎镇痛止泻作用研究
Anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and anti-diarrheal effects of aqueous extract from Polygonum divaricatum L.

Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate the pharmacological effects of Polygonum divaricatum L.aqueous extract on inflammation,pain response,intestinal motility,and diarrhea in mice.Using established models:xylene-induced ear edema,acetic acid-induced writhing response,charcoal meal transit test,and senna-induced diarrhea.The results demonstrated that compared to the model group,the medium and high doses of Polygonum divaricatum L.aqueous extract significantly inhibited xylene-induced ear edema(P＜0.05).All dose groups of aqueous extract prolonged the latency of pain writhing and significantly suppressed the acetic acid-induced writhing response(P＜0.05).Additionally,all dose groups significantly inhibited the propulsion of charcoal in the small intestine(P＜0.05).The low,medium,and high doses of Polygonum divaricatum L.aqueous extract all exhibited significant inhibitory effects on diarrhea in mice(P＜0.05).These findings indicate that Polygonum divaricatum L.aqueous extract possesses potent anti-inflammatory,analgesic,and astringent properties,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic agent for the prevention and treatment of lamb diarrhea.关键词
