临床药师药学科普干预对缺血性脑卒中患者二级预防的效果评价
Evaluation of the effect of clinical pharmacist's pharmaceutical science popularization intervention on secondary prevention for patients with ischemic stroke

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of clinical pharmacists'pharmaceutical science popularization intervention in secondary prevention for patients with ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 222 patients with acute ischemic stroke who were hospitalized at Qingyuan People's Hospital from February 2024 to April 2025 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into control group(118 cases)and intervention group(104 cases).The control group received routine health education from medical staff,while the intervention group received additional systematic pharmaceutical science popularization interventions provided by clinical pharmacists.The medication compliance,stroke recurrence rate,modified Rankin scale score,and incidence of adverse drug reactions of two groups of patients were compared at 1 month and 6 months after discharge.Results One month and six months after discharge,the medication compliance of patients in intervention group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in stroke recurrence rate,the proportion of good prognosis,and the incidence of adverse drug reactions between two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion The systematic pharmaceutical science popularization intervention carried out by clinical pharmacists can significantly improve the medication compliance of patients with ischemic stroke after discharge,providing important support for the effective implementation of secondary prevention measures.关键词
