中西医结合分期论治肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的临床效果及生活质量综合评价
Comprehensive evaluation of clinical effect and quality of life of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in staging therapy of granulomatous lobular mastitis

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine staged treatment strategy in different stages of granulomatous lobular mastitis(GLM)and its effect on improving the quality of life of patients.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 78 patients with GLM who were admitted to Jinjiang Municipal Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024.These patients were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(38 cases).The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine combined with low-dose hormones and/or surgery according to the classification and stage,while the control group was mainly treated with hormones and/or surgery.The total effective rate,recurrence rate,duration of hormone use,satisfaction with postoperative breast appearance,and the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)of two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the half-year cure rate,half-year total effective rate,and one-year total effective rate between two groups(P>0.05).The one-year cure rate of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of patients in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group within six months(P<0.05).The duration of hormone use for patients in experimental group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Among the patients who did not undergo surgery,the satisfaction score for breast appearance in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the total scores of SF-36 and the scores of the mental health dimension in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover,the total score of SF-36 was negatively correlated with the duration of hormone use and positively correlated with the satisfaction with breast appearance(P<0.01).Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on stages can significantly enhance the therapeutic effect of GLM by reducing the recurrence rate,decreasing hormone dependence,and improving the quality of life.The SF-36 scale holds significant value in the comprehensive evaluation of therapeutic efficacy.关键词
