持续质量管理视角下医院临床医生服务质量的影响因素识别与优化对策研究
Research on the identification of influencing factors and optimization strategies for hospital clinicians'service quality from the perspective of continuous quality management

Abstract
Objective To analyze the factors influencing the current quality of medical services in hospitals,evaluate and predict their impacts,enhancing the scientific rigor and practical applicability of hospital management strategies within the framework of continuous quality management.Methods A total of 175 practicing clinicians at Pengzhou Sifang Hospital from October 2022 to September 2024 were selected as study subjects.Comprehensive evaluations were conducted using survey questionnaires for basic demographic data and biochemical parameter tests.Univariate analysis and Logistic regression analysis were employed to identify influencing factors,while a receiver operating characteristic curve was utilized to construct a predictive model.Results Weekly night shifts≥3 times,career identity score≤75 points,and work burnout score>65 points were the influencing factors for poor service quality.Logistic regression showed that weekly night shifts≥3 times,low career identity,and high work burnout were independent risk factors.The area under the curve were 0.658,0.628,and 0.591(P<0.05).Conclusion Hospital management must identify factors affecting service quality,develop scientific management strategies,prevent adverse events and physician-patient conflicts,enhance service quality,and achieve sustainable quality management objectives.关键词
