HFCWO联合支气管镜灌洗治疗尘肺合并肺炎的疗效研究
Study on the therapeutic effect of HFCWO combined with bronchoscopic lavage in the treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with pneumonia

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of high-frequency chest wall oscillation(HFCWO)combined with bronchoalveolar lavage in the treatment of pneumoconiosis complicated with pneumonia.Methods A total of 60 patients with pneumoconiosis complicated by pneumonia admitted to the Second Hospital of Heilongjiang from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into research treatment group(n=30)and conventional treatment group(n=30)using a random number table.The conventional treatment group received standard therapy,while the research treatment group received additional HFCWO therapy in addition to standard treatment.The clinical efficacy,changes in inflammatory markers,blood gas parameters,pulmonary function indices,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The overall treatment efficacy rate in research treatment group was significantly superior to that of conventional treatment group(P<0.05).Post-treatment,the baseline levels of interleukin-6,procalcitonin,and C-reactive protein in research treatment group were markedly lower than those in conventional control group(P<0.05).Higher oxygen partial pressure and oxygen saturation were higher(P<0.05),while carbon dioxide partial pressure was significantly lower in research treatment group than those in conrentional treatment group.Forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),and FEV1/FVC were significantly higher(P<0.05).No statistically significant difference was observed in adverse event incidence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of HFCWO and bronchoscopic lavage significantly enhances the clearance efficiency of airway secretions,helps suppress related inflammatory responses and pulmonary infections,improves oxygenation function,and enhances both clinical treatment outcomes and quality of life in patients with pneumoconiosis complicated by pneumonia,with a high therapeutic safety profile.关键词
