医患共享决策对 2 型糖尿病患者糖化血红蛋白及自我管理能力影响的Meta分析
Meta-analysis on the impact of shared decision-making between physicians and patients on glycated hemoglobin levels and self-management capacity in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the impact of shared decision-making on glycated haemoglobin(HbA1c)levels and self-management in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A systematic review was conducted to identify randomized controlled trials across multiple databases evaluating the efficacy of shared decision-making in patients with(T2DM),with a search period spanning from database establishment until July 2025.A total of 14 studies were included,and a Meta-analysis was performed on these studies.Results Meta-analysis results demonstrated that shared decision-making effectively reduces(HbA1c)levels,enhances patients'self-management capabilities,and improves their knowledge of diabetes-related topics(P<0.05).Conclusion Shared decision-making can improve glycemic control in patients with(T2DM),reduce(HbA1c)levels,and enhance self-management skills as well as knowledge of diabetes-related conditions.关键词
