Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of continuous nursing based on cognitive behavioral theory(CBT)on pain control, rehabilitation confidence, and daily living ability in patients with pelvic fractures. Methods A total of 76 patients with pelvic fractures treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January to December 2024 were enrolled as study subjects, they were randomly assigned to control group(n=38)and observation group(n=38)using a random number table method. The control group received conventional care, while the observation group received additional CBT-based continuous care in addition to standard care for a period of 3 months.Pain severity was assessed using the visual analogue scale(VAS),rehabilitation confidence was evaluated with the rehabilitation confidence scale(RCS),activities of daily living(ADL)were measured with the Barthel index and complications as well as patient satisfaction were recorded. Results After intervention, the VAS score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.001),the RCS score and ADL score were higher than those in control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, while the nursing satisfaction rate was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CBT-based continuous nursing can effectively alleviate pain perception, strengthen rehabilitation confidence, improve self-care ability, reduce the risk of complications, and enhance the recognition of nursing services in patients with pelvic fractures.关键词
