2021-2025年珠海市中西医结合医院法定传染病流行病学特征分析
Epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2021 to 2025

Abstract
Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of notifiable infectious diseases in Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2021 to 2025,and provide a scientific basis for the precise prevention and control of infectious diseases both the hospital and the region.Methods The data of notifiable infectious diseases reported by Zhuhai Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from 2021 to 2025 in the"China Disease Prevention and Control Information System"were collected.Descriptive epidemiological methods were used to analyze the distribution characteristics of three notifiable infectious diseases,as well as the differences in the composition of diseases in different years,ages and sexes.Results From 2021 to 2025,a total of 34 313 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported,with an average annual reporting rate of 76.84/10 000.The overall reporting rate showed a fluctuating trend of rising first and then falling(average annual percent change=13.56%,P=0.320),reaching a peak in 2023(123.56/10 000).Male cases(19 343 cases,56.37%)were more than female cases(14 970 cases,43.63%);The age distribution was mainly aged 19-60(18 536 cases,54.02%);The regional distribution is highly concentrated in Xiangzhou District(28 061 cases,81.78%and the Hong Kong,Macao,and Taiwan regions of China accounting for 3203 cases(9.33%).The top three diseases were influenza(18 883 cases,55.03%),COVID-19(4443 cases,12.95%),and hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD)(1862 cases,5.43%).There were significant differences in the distribution of infectious diseases in different years,ages and sexes(P<0.001).Conclusion From 2021 to 2025,the reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases in the hospital showed a trend of rising first and then falling.Influenza,COVID-19,and HFMD are the key points of prevention and control.It is recommended to implement precise and dynamic prevention and control strategies tailored to the characteristics of the port area,targeting different population groups epidemic patterns.关键词
