Abstract
Objective To review the evolution and frontiers of research on the integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and elderly care services in China.Methods Relevant literatures published between January 1,2016 and December 31,2025 were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform,and VIP databases.CiteSpace 6.4.R1 was used for visual analysis.Results The number of publications on research into the integration of TCM and elderly care services shows a fluctuating upward trend,yet collaborative networks remained fragmented.Research hotspots centered on service content,models and system development,and enabling conditions.Healthy aging services emerged as the frontier themes.Conclusion Research focus on TCM-elderly care integration is shifting from model exploration to community-based implementation and system development.Future efforts should foster interdisciplinary collaboration,strengthen talent cultivation,and refine support mechanisms to better harness TCM's potential in elderly care.关键词
