摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of early laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of biliary pancreatitis.Method:Eighty patients with biliary pancreatitis admitted to the Affiliated Baiyun Hospital of Guizhou Medical University from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different timing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy treatment, they were divided into an early treatment group(treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy within 72 hours after onset)and a delayed treatment group(treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy after 12 weeks of effective conservative treatment),with 40 cases in each group. The incidence of postoperative complications, the time for blood amylase to return to normal, the time for urine amylase to return to normal, and the postoperative hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of postoperative complications in the early treatment group was lower than that in the delayed treatment group. The early treatment group had a shorter time for blood amylase to return to normal, urine amylase to return to normal, and postoperative hospitalization compared to the delayed treatment group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early laparoscopic cholecystectomy has significant clinical effects in treating biliary pancreatitis, not only reducing the incidence of postoperative complications in patients, but also shortening their prognosis period.关键词
