消木丹联合瑞美替罗对代谢相关脂肪性肝病模型小鼠的干预作用
Effect of Xiaomudan combined with resmetirom on metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease in mice

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiaomudan combined with resmetirom on metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)in mice.Methods:MAFLD mouse model was established by MCD diet and divided into Resmetirom(5 mg/kg)group and Xiaomudan(20 g/kg)group,and the Resmetirom combined with Xiaomudan group.In the animal model,liver tissue lipid levels(TC,TG,and NEFA),serum aminotransferase(ALT,AST),serum insulin resistance index,and liver tissue pathological staining(hematoxylin and eosin,oil red O,and Sirius red staining)were detected to observe the therapeutic effect of drugs.The effect of drugs on lipid deposition in hepatocytes was observed by oil red O staining in the cell model.Results:Compared with the model group,the levels of TC,TG,and NEFA in the liver tissue of each medication group were significantly decreased(P＜0.05,0.01).The serum levels of ALT and AST were significantly decreased(P＜0.01).The levels of serum fasting insulin and insulin resistance index were significantly decreased(P＜0.05,0.01).The pathological damage of liver tissue and hepatocytes were significantly improved compared with the model group.Based on the above results,the improvement effect of combined treatment group was better than that of single treatment group(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Xiaomudan combined with Resmetirom exerts a beneficial effect on improving MAFLD mice.关键词
