基于"毒邪-毒浊"理论探讨肝硬化的病机演变及治疗
Discussion on the pathological evolution and treatment of liver cirrhosis based on the"toxin pathogen-toxin turbidity"theory

Abstract
Liver cirrhosis,a diffuse hepatic injury resulting from the progression of various chronic liver diseases,is characterized by multiple late-stage complications and high mortality.It falls within the scope of"zhēngjī"(tangible masses),"gǔzhàng"(tympanites),and"xuèzhèng"(blood disease)in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM).Based on the"toxin pathogen-toxin turbidity"theory and incorporating Professor Mao Dewen's academic perspectives,this paper systematically elaborates on the origin and pathogenic characteristics of the"toxin"and"turbidity"theories.The pathological evolution of liver cirrhosis is divided into three stages:initial stage,where toxin pathogens damage collaterals and impair liver dispersion;middle stage,where turbidity and stasis intertwine and consolidate into masses;and advanced stage,where turbid toxins diffuse and affect multiple organs.Corresponding treatment principles and formulas are proposed for each stage,emphasizing that detoxification and turbidity elimination should be maintained throughout the treatment process while prioritizing the preservation of yang qi.This aims to provide new theoretical foundations and clinical references for the TCM-based syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver cirrhosis.关键词
