Development Status and Enlightenment of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis Functional Food

Abstract
Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis is one of the traditional and precious Chinese herbal medicines.It has the effects of invigorating qi and invigorating spleen,invigorating kidney and calming nerves.It contains a variety of active ingredi-ents,such as glycosides,polysaccharides,flavonoids,lignans,phenylpropanoids,coumarins,etc.,which is of great development value in medicine and health food.This paper took acanthopanax health food as the research object,and used the national special food informa-tion query platform to make a comprehensive analysis of its health function,dosage form,distribution area,main raw materials and com-patibility,effective ingredients,consumption amount and safety,unsuitable population.Meanwhile,this study also utilized data from the National Intellectual Property Administration to conduct statistics and analysis on functional food patents related to Acanthopanacis Sen-ticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis both at home and abroad from 2000 to 2023,in order to assess its application prospects in the field of health food,to provide a reference for the in-depth development and effective utilization of Acanthopanacis Senticosi Radix et Rhizoma Seu Caulis.关键词
