贵州道地药材吴茱萸适生区及品质区划研究
Study on the Suitable Growing Areas and Quality Zoning of Euodiae Fructus,A Genuine Medicinal Material in Guizhou Province

Abstract
Objective:To predict the suitable growing areas and high-quality production areas of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis,the original plant of Euodiae Fructus in Guizhou Province through the MaxEnt model and ArcGIS software.Methods:Through database search and literature research,the information of the distribution of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis in Guizhou was collected.Through on-site investigation and sampling,the geographical information such as longitude,latitude and altitude of the samples was obtained.The contents of evodiamine,rutaecarpine and limonin were determined in accordance with the methods of the 2020 Edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.A MaxEnt model was established based on the distribution information of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis;Combined with ArcGIS software and SPSS 23,the suitable habitat,quality zoning and the dominant environmental factors influencing the distribu-tion of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis in Guizhou Province were predicted.Results:The established MaxEnt model had a relatively high prediction accuracy with the AUC value of 0.959,and could be used for the prediction and analysis of the suitable growth area and quality zoning of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis.The main environmental factors influencing the distribution of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis included soil type,vegetation type,slope direction,cold index,organic carbon content.The suitable habitat and overall quality of Euodia rutaecarpa var.officinalis were mainly influenced by latitude,altitude,average annual precipitation and the standard deviation of seasonal temperature variations.The overall quality of Euodiae Fructus medicinal materials produced in the Qixingguan District,Dafang County,Nayong County and Hezhang County covered by Wumeng Mountains and Dalou Mountains in Guizhou Province,the Wu-jiang River Basin and the Miaoling Mountain Range area in central Guiyang City,the Miaoling and Yao Mountain areas in Qiannan Pre-fecture,and the Wuling Mountain area at the junction of eastern Guizhou and western Hunan was excellent.Conclusion:This study screenes the suitable and high-quality production areas of Euodiae Fructus,which has guiding significance for the high-quality and high-yield cultivation.关键词
