The Iconic Concepts of Chinese Vocational Education:Connotation Interpretation,Categories Division and Construction Strategies

Abstract
The iconic concepts are the core carrier of the independence of a discipline and the autonomy of discourse.In the context of constructing an independent knowledge system of education,vocational education,as an important part of China's educational science,should also actively construct the iconic concepts in the field of Chinese vocational education.The so-called iconic concepts in vocational education refer to the concepts that originate from the history of the development of vocational education disciplines and practical experience,have the connotations of subjectivity and originality,and can reflect the essential characteristics of vocational education.The characteristics of iconic concepts in the field of vocational education are mainly reflected in four aspects:discipline exclusiveness,practice rootedness,theoretical interpretation,and historical generation.According to the functional orientation and logical level of iconic concepts in vocational education,they can be divided into two major categories:theoretical basis type and practical application type.In terms of construction,its strategies mainly include:strengthening the subject status and adhering to the value stance of the iconic concepts;delving deeply into the original core and consolidating the theoretical foundation of the iconic concepts;highlighting advanced concepts and activating the leading efficacy of the iconic concepts;basing on the practical field and abiding by the testing standards of the iconic concepts;maintaining an open mind and broadening the research horizon of the iconic concepts.关键词
