我国职教领域专业学位研究生培养的现实困境及改革路径
Practical Dilemmas and Reform Pathways in the Training of Professional Degree Postgraduates in the Field of Vocational and Technical Education in China

Abstract
Professional degree postgraduate education in the field of vocational and technical education is not only a key channel for cultivating high-quality vocational education teachers,but also an important support for improving the modern vocational education system.Based on the review of the development history of China's vocational education professional degree postgraduate education and the analysis of training programs from 41 training institutions,this study finds that the current training practice has formed a basic pattern:managed mainly by professional faculties,attaching equal importance to pedagogical competence and professional competence,taking professional courses as the core,and supported by the collaborative participation of multiple supervisors.However,there are still prominent problems including unclear training objective positioning,structural imbalance of curriculum system,imperfect multi-supervisor collaborative education mechanism,strong academic orientation in assessment and evaluation,and insufficient professional identity and social recognition among students.To improve the matching degree between talent cultivation and the demand for vocational education teachers,we should strengthen the organic integration of vocationality,pedagogical nature and academicity,optimize the industry-education integrated curriculum system and collaborative faculty mechanism,improve the practice-oriented assessment and evaluation system,and build a professional identity cultivation mechanism covering the whole process of enrollment,training and employment,so as to promote the high-quality development of vocational education professional degree postgraduate education.关键词
