资源依赖理论视域下职业教育产教融合的困境与突破
Dilemmas and Breakthroughs of Industry-education Integration in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Resource Dependence Theory

Abstract
Industry-education integration is essentially a collaborative process in which vocational colleges and enterprises conduct resource exchange,sharing and integration across organizational boundaries,and its operational efficiency depends on the stability and reciprocity of the inter-organizational resource dependence relationship.Analysis based on resource dependence theory finds that the current industry-education integration in vocational education mainly faces three dilemmas.Firstly,the resource dependence chain among the government,enterprises and vocational colleges is fragile,leading to insufficient cooperation sustainability.Secondly,the uneven possession of key practical teaching resources leads to the imbalance of power between schools and enterprises,which weakens the subjectivity of vocational colleges.Thirdly,the resource input and return are asymmetric,and the two-way reciprocity mechanism between schools and enterprises has not been fully established.To this end,we should give full play to the government's effectiveness to consolidate the foundation of cooperation,strengthen the dominant position of enterprises to stimulate their participation motivation,tap the potential of vocational colleges to consolidate the integration carrier,and deepen two-way empowerment to reshape the ecological pattern.关键词
