Industry-education Integration in Vocational Education from the Perspective of Value Co-creation:Elements,Logic and Paths

Abstract
Industry-education integration is an important mechanism to promote the high-quality development of vocational education and facilitate the effective connection between educational supply and industrial demand.From the perspective of value co-creation,industry-education integration in vocational education is not a simple superposition of educational and industrial resources,but a process in which multiple subjects including vocational colleges,enterprises,governments,industry organizations and students generate shared value through target negotiation,complementary resources and continuous interaction.Its composition mainly includes five core elements:co-construction of subjects,consensus on objectives,complementary resources,interactive collaboration and value sharing.In the operation process,multiple subjects form cooperation motivation based on symbiotic interests,establish mutual dependence through resource complementarity,promote the deep integration of education process and industrial process in continuous interaction,and realize dynamic adjustment and cyclic reinforcement of the cooperation relationship with the help of value feedback.To deepen the industry-education integration in vocational education,we should consolidate the value consensus of multiple subjects to lay a solid foundation for co-creation of industry-education integration;clarify the rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects to improve the collaborative governance mechanism;strengthen cross-border resource integration to build physical carriers for industry-education integration;deepen school-enterprise collaborative education to reconstruct the talent cultivation system;and optimize the benefit sharing and evaluation feedback mechanism to ensure the sustainable operation of value co-creation.关键词
