职业本科院校学生人生目标感的影响因素及其机制
Influencing Factors and Mechanism of Students'Sense of Life Purpose in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges

Abstract
Against the background that vocational undergraduate education is shifting from scale expansion to connotation improvement,enhancing students'sense of life purpose in vocational undergraduate colleges is an important foundation for promoting their career development and sustainable growth.Based on social cognitive career theory and career construction theory,this study takes 679 students from vocational undergraduate colleges as samples,constructs a chain mediation model among personality traits,career decision-making self-efficacy,career adaptability and sense of life purpose,and examines the moderating effect of using generative artificial intelligence tools.The results show that positive personality traits can significantly and positively predict the sense of life purpose of students;career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability play a chain mediating role in the process of personality traits affecting sense of life purpose.The use level of generative artificial intelligence tools has a significant negative moderating effect on the relationship between personality traits and career decision-making self-efficacy,as well as the relationship between personality traits and career adaptability,while the use frequency of generative artificial intelligence tools can significantly minigate the negative moderating effect of use level on career decision-making self-efficacy and career adaptability.Accordingly,teachers in vocational undergraduate colleges need to transform from skill instructors to collaborators for students'career development,from observers of students'psychological development to promoters,and from technical skill instructors to human-machine collaborative educators.关键词
