职业教育教学关键要素改革背景下教师能力清单的构建逻辑与应用机制
Construction Logic and Application Mechanism of Teacher Competency List under the Background of Key Teaching Elements Reform in Vocational Education

Abstract
The key teaching elements reform in vocational education takes the linkage of elements including majors,courses,teaching materials,teachers,internship and practical training as its core,promoting the transformation of talent cultivation in vocational colleges from single knowledge transmission to comprehensive competence generation.As the direct undertakers of teaching reform,teachers'competence structure has expanded from classroom teaching and routine management to multiple fields including industry identification,specialty construction,curriculum development,teaching material updating,practical guidance,digital empowerment and school-enterprise collaboration.The teacher competency list is not a simple enumeration of general competence items,but an important tool to transform teaching reform tasks into an identifiable,diagnosable,cultivable and evaluable competence structure.The construction of the teacher competency list for vocational colleges should follow the logic of task,post,standard and development,and be carried out around dimensions including specialty construction competence,curriculum development competence,teaching material and resource construction competence,practical teaching competence,digital empowerment competence,school-enterprise collaboration and teaching-research transformation competence.Its application should be embedded into the mechanisms of competence diagnosis,targeted training,task traction,team development and evaluation improvement,promoting the transformation of teacher development from empirical judgment to evidence identification,from unified training to list matching,and from individual improvement to team optimization,so as to provide teacher competence support and governance guarantee for the key teaching elements reform in vocational education.关键词
