技能型高校招生培养就业一体改革的价值、逻辑与路向
Value,Logic and Directions of the Integrated Reform of Enrollment,Training and Employment in Skill-oriented Universities
摘要
Abstract
With the accelerated formation of new-quality productive forces,the in-depth advancement of popularized higher education,the prominent contradictions in employment structure,and the development of digitalization and artificial intelligence,skill-oriented universities are facing structural dilemmas including the disconnection between enrollment and social demand,the mismatch between talent training and industrial requirements,and the alienation between employment and majors.The integrated reform of enrollment,training and employment in skill-oriented universities has the values of reshaping the full-cycle education concept,promoting the in-depth integration of education chain,talent chain,industrial chain and innovation chain,constructing a modern university governance system,and consolidating the support for skilled talents.Adopting the systematic concept,this study regards enrollment,training and employment as an open and complex system with mutual nesting and dynamic coupling.Drawing on relevant theories,it proposes to promote the rights,responsibilities coupling and value co-creation among government,universities,industries and enterprises,and realize the institutionalized connection of the investment,accumulation and return of skill capital,so as to support students to complete professional socialization and identity transformation.On this basis,this paper constructs a full-chain reform framework featuring the integration of"standards,data,stakeholders and systems",establishes an enrollment mechanism that weakens score-based selection and strengthens career orientation,optimizes the practice-prioritized training system,builds a full-cycle career development tracking and reverse transmission mechanism,and creates an integrated governance ecology characterized by data monitoring,stakeholder collaboration and closed-loop improvement.关键词
