Value Implications,Realistic Challenges and Practical Pathways of Vocational Education Empowering High-quality and Full Employment

Abstract
Vocational education boasts distinct value implications in promoting high-quality and full employment:it addresses adaptive employment demands by resolving the structural imbalance between labor supply and demand with"precision targeting";it meets long-term sustainable development needs by building a buffer zone against technological change through"forward-looking empowerment";it fulfills equity requirements by constructing ladders for social mobility with"inclusive security";and it satisfies systematic development needs by activating the endogenous dynamics of the employment ecosystem through"whole-chain collaboration".At present,vocational education still faces multiple practical challenges in empowering high-quality and full employment:lagging concepts lead to the stigmatization of vocational education,unbalanced resources allocation aggravates regional differentiation,the separation between schools and enterprises restricts the practical effectiveness of talent cultivation,insufficient teaching faculty has become a core bottleneck for quality improvement,technological impact intensifies the contradiction between skill supply and demand,and the lack of international benchmarking results in the absence of a global competitiveness cultivation system.Accordingly,in practical implementation,targeted efforts should be made from multiple dimensions including cognitive guidance,resources allocation,industry-education collaboration,faculty development,digital transformation and international cooperation,to continuously inject robust endogenous impetus into the realization of high-quality and full employment.关键词
