高职院校何以促进高质量充分就业
How Higher Vocational Colleges Can Promote High-quality and Full Employment

Abstract
To advance the employment promotion work for higher vocational college graduates,this study proposes the concept of"institutional employability of higher vocational colleges",which takes the overall employment performance of all graduates from higher vocational colleges as the core analytical object.An indicator system for higher vocational college institutional employability is systematically constructed.Empirical validation is carried out using survey data collected from 284 higher vocational colleges in 2022.The results show that this indicator system has satisfactory reliability and validity and strong data accessibility.It can accurately reflect the overall employment level of a higher vocational college,and can be used not only as a diagnostic tool for talent training quality in higher vocational colleges,but also to provide empirical data support for educational administrative departments to carry out institutional evaluation and resources allocation.The results indicate that the average institutional employability score of the colleges is significantly higher than the others,with a particularly prominent advantage in the dimension of employment quality.While no significant difference is found across different categories and tiers within the"double-high plan"colleges,higher vocational colleges with distinct industry-specific characteristics present more outstanding performance.On this basis,policy recommendations are put forward:promoting the whole-chain reform of talent training guided by the improvement of higher vocational college institutional employability,consolidating the foundation of the industry-education integration community by aligning specialty clusters with industrial demands,and improving the long-term mechanism of"promoting construction through evaluation"by adhering to the employment-centered orientation of college operation.关键词
