职业教育服务区域经济发展的空间正义及其实践进路
Spatial Justice of Vocational Education Serving Regional Economic Development and Its Practical Paths
摘要
Abstract
Against the realistic context of unbalanced and inadequate regional development in China,the long-standing efficiency-priority orientation of vocational education in serving regional economic development can no longer adapt to the in-depth demands for justice orientation raised by common prosperity and coordinated regional development.Based on the theory of spatial justice,vocational education serving for regional economic development inherently contains a spatial relationship,which involves three logical levels:equilibrium,adaptation and coordination.The study finds that the spatial justice of vocational education serving regional economic development must face up to the three dimensions of demand,supply and environment,namely the justice deficiencies such as lagging spatial adaptation,uneven resources allocation and insufficient institutional coordination.To solve the above dilemmas,we should strengthen the awareness of spatial governance and build a demand-oriented dynamic response mechanism;promote supply-side structural reform to realize the optimized spatial allocation of vocational education resources;improve the institutional coordination system and build a vocational education ecology of multi-subject co-governance,so as to promote the fundamental transformation of vocational education from serving regional growth to advancing regional justice.关键词
