"十五五"时期职业教育强师体系建设的方向与路径
Directions and Paths of the Construction of the Strong Teacher System for Vocational Education in the"15th Five-year Plan"Period

Abstract
On August 21,2026,the 5th National Academic Forum on Strong Teachers in Vocational Education and the Seminar on High-quality Development of Vocational Education for the"15th five-year plan",hosted by the National Research Institute of Vocational Education of Beijing Normal University and co-organized by Jilin Engineering Normal University and Changchun Automobile Vocational and Technical University,was held in Changchun.The forum focused on core topics including the realistic orientation of vocational education teachers in the"15th five-year plan"period,the linked reform of five key teaching elements,the institutional construction of teaching staff,and the digital empowerment of teacher development.Looking ahead,under the background of building a powerful education country and implementing the"15th five-year plan",we should base on the type orientation of vocational education,consolidate the development foundation through institutional improvement,promote the reconstruction of the teacher construction system through element linkage,expand the growth path through digital empowerment,build a new pattern of hierarchical and classified vocational teacher development,and inject talent momentum into the high-quality development of the modern vocational education system.关键词
