Bibliometric visualization analysis of doctoral dissertations and master's theses in Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine over the past decade
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze doctoral dissertations and master's theses in the discipline of Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine over the past decade,clarify the current research status and trends of the discipline,and provide a theoretical basis for discipline construction and connotative development.Methods A visual analysis of doctoral dissertations and master's theses in Basic Theory of Chinese Medicine indexed in CNKI over the past decade.The analysis included annual output,institutional output,supervisor guidance models,highly cited theses,research methods,high-frequency keywords,keyword bursts,and keyword clustering.Results A total of 1 522 theses were included,comprising 358 doctoral dissertations and 1 164 master's theses.The total output showed a trend of slight fluctuation and dynamic balance.The top five institutions in terms of output were Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Hubei University of Chinese Medicine,and China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.The top five supervisors in terms of independently supervised theses were JU Baozhao,WANG Ping,ZHANG Qingxiang,SU Ying,and MENG Qinggang,while the number of co-supervised theses was relatively small.The citation frequency of the top 10 highly cited theses ranged from 50 to 142,and the download frequency of the top 10 downloaded theses ranged from 3 397 to 8 465.The main research methods were theoretical analysis and animal experiments,involving 603 and 486 theses,respectively.The top five high-frequency keywords were Huangdi Neijing,data mining,theoretical research,five movements and six qi,and medication rules.Keyword burst analysis showed that recent research hotspots included amnesia,intestinal flora,medication rules,syndrome-treatment rules,and prescription-medication rules.Conclusion The number of graduates in this discipline has remained generally stable in recent years,while the number of doctoral graduates has declined.It is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of doctoral students in this discipline.Cross-regional,inter-university,interdisciplinary,and university-hospital joint training models may be adopted to enhance the extensiveness and depth of the discipline and meet the current development needs of Chinese medicine.关键词
