针灸联合维生素B12治疗糖尿病胃轻瘫的疗效观察
The efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with vitamin B12 in patients with diabetic gastroparesis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with vitamin B12 on gastric peristalsis and gastric secretion in patients with diabetic gastroparesis(DGP),so as to offer additional therapeutic options for clinical treatment of DGP.Methods:Fourty-eight patients with DGP were collected and randomly divided into three groups,the acupuncture and moxibustion group,the vitamin B12 treatment group and the acupuncture and moxibustion plus vitamin B12 treatment group,with 16 patients in each.The changes of gastroparesis cardinal symptom index(GCSI)and TCM Syndrome Differentiation Score,electrogastrogram and serum contentes of HbA1c,CRP,IL-6,motilin(MTL)and gastrin(GAS)were compared among the three groups before and after intervention.Results:There were no differences about the clinical symptoms and various serum indicators among the three groups before intervention.The GCSI score and the TCM syndrome differentiation score were reduced,the serum levels of CRP,IL-6,MTL and GAS decreased,the frequency and amplitude of gastrointestinal electrograms increased,but the serum HbA1c content did not changed significantly in the three groups after intervention.The improvements of those above indicators in the combination group were better than those in the other groups.Conclusion:The therapy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with vitamin B12 can effectively reduce inflammation reaction,improve gastric emptying ability and secretion function,ultimately enhance the therapeutic efficacy,while it does not affect blood glucose metabolism of patients with DGP,which is suitable for community promotion.关键词
