摘要
Abstract
Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a common disorder of brain-gut interactions,closely associated with duodenal mucosal barrier impairment,low-grade inflammation,and brain-gut axis dysfunction.This article systematically reviews the mechanisms by which acupuncture treats FD through multi-targeted regulation of the brain-gut axis,aiming to elucidate its therapeutic advantages via a tripartite integrative effect"barrier repair,inflammation inhibition,and brain-gut axis modulation",and to provide direction for future research.关键词
