中药复方逆转肝纤维化的作用机制
Mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine compound in reversing hepatic fibrosis

Abstract
Hepatic fibrosis is a core pathological stage in the progression of various chronic liver diseases,including chronic viral hepatitis,alcoholic liver disease,non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,autoimmune hepatitis,and cholestatic liver disease,towards liver cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma.It has an insidious onset and slow progression with atypical symptoms in the early stage.In the middle and advanced stages,it may lead to severe complications such as ascites,hepatic encephalopathy and gastrointestinal bleeding,which seriously endangers human physical and mental health and has become one of the major global public health problems.Different from single-target chemical drugs in Western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)compound prescriptions are based on the core theories of holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and formulated via rational compatibility of multiple herbs.Characterized by the inherent property of multi-component,multi-target and multi-pathway,TCM compounds possess complicated components with synergistic effects.They can act on multiple pathological links during the occurrence and progression of hepatic fibrosis,and thus exert unique advantages in inhibiting the development of hepatic fibrosis.In recent years,with the in-depth integration of modern medical technology and traditional Chinese medicine theories,breakthrough progress has been made in clinical research on anti-hepatic fibrosis using TCM.A large number of clinical data and experimental studies have verified the definite curative effect of TCM compound prescriptions.Meanwhile,they provide solid theoretical support and practical evidence for further elucidating the mechanism of TCM compounds against hepatic fibrosis,as well as identifying their core regulatory targets and signaling pathways.This paper aims to systematically explore the research directions and ideas regarding the therapeutic mechanism of TCM compound prescriptions against hepatic fibrosis based on TCM theories and modern pharmacological research achievements.It sorts out the core logic of multi-component synergistic regulation,so as to provide scientific references for the precise clinical application,optimization of therapeutic regimens and in-depth follow-up mechanism research of TCM compounds in hepatic fibrosis.关键词
