Abstract
This article summarizes Professor HUANG Yiqi's clinical experience in treating pulmonary nodules using the"turbidity-removing and stagnation-resolving therapy".With the increasing detection rate of pulmonary nodules,there is growing concern regarding their diagnosis and treatment.Western medical guidelines primarily recommend either regular CT follow-up or surgical intervention,lacking specific medical therapies.For patients with low-to-intermediate-risk pulmonary nodules under surveillance,traditional Chinese medicine offers early intervention,leveraging multi-target advantages rooted in the concept of"preventive treatment of disease"to address the observation gap.Professor HUANG Yiqi has accumulated unique and extensive experience in treating pulmonary nodules through long-term clinical practice.Professor HUANG posits that the core pathogenesis of pulmonary nodules lies in liver depression and Qi(气)stagnation.Emotional distress impairs liver function,leading to Qi stagnation,which enables exogenous or endogenous turbid pathogens to invade and lodge in the lung collaterals.These turbid substances stagnate and gradually form pathological products such as Qi turbidity,phlegm turbidity,and blood turbidity.The intermingling and prolonged accumulation of these turbidities eventually leads to the formation of pulmonary nodules.Based on this understanding,Professor HUANG proposes the therapeutic principle of removing turbidity and resolving stagnation"."Removing turbidity"is the key step,aiming to clear Qi,phlegm,and blood stasis,thereby restoring patency to the lung collaterals."Resolving stagnation"is the ultimate goal,achieved by eliminating turbidities to promote the gradual dissipation of existing nodules.To implement this principle,Professor HUANG developed the proprietary formula"Feijiekang(肺结康)",which integrates methods of soothing liver and regulating Qi,resolving phlegm and dissipating nodules,and activating blood circulation to remove stasis,fully embodying the academic thought of"treating based on etiological differentiation and directly targeting the disease".This article comprehensively elaborates on Professor HUANG Yiqi's unique experience in treating pulmonary nodules from the perspectives of theoretical origins,etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods,formula analysis,and key clinical application points,aiming to provide new insights and approaches for clinical practice.关键词
