从泛针灸到纯针刺:近二十年针刺治疗耳鸣的CiteSpace文献计量分析
From routine acupuncture-moxibustion to pure acupuncture:a CiteSpace bibliometric analysis of acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus in the past 20 years

Abstract
Objective:To understand the research status and hotspots of acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus,and to clarify its differences from the overall research on acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods:Literature on acupuncture treatment of tinnitus from January 1,1995 to April 18,2025 was retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).CiteSpace software was used to conduct visual map analysis through methods such as author collaboration network,institutional collaboration network,keyword co-occurrence,keyword clustering,keyword timeline,and keyword burst,and compared with existing studies on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of tinnitus.Results:A total of 659 literature involving 137 authors were included,and the number of publications in this field showed a continuous growth trend since 1995.Exclusive research teams focusing on acupuncture had been formed,mainly led by SONG Hongmei,YANG Jun,LI Wei,SHEN Weidong,HAN Wei,etc.Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine ranked first in the number of publications.High-frequency keywords included acupuncture therapy,tinnitus,electroacupuncture,etc.Keyword bursts covered"acupuncture therapy""tinnitus""electroacupuncture""famous doctor experience""auricular point pressing with beans",etc.,among which"auricular point pressing with beans"and"pulse-taking acupuncture"were emerging hotspots after 2020.Compared with existing studies,this study focused on a single therapy of acupuncture,excluding other acupuncture modalities such as moxibustion,and included additional literature from June 2024 to April 2025,with a more stable clustering structure(Q=0.629 7,S=0.900 1).Conclusion:The research on acupuncture in the treatment of tinnitus is showing a steady upward trend,but there are problems such as few core authors and insufficient regional cooperation.In the future,multi-center and large-sample studies need to be carried out.The research hotspots will develop towards diversified therapies and expert clinicians'experience,forming a complement to the overall research on acupuncture and moxibustion.关键词
